This schedule allows us to provide high-quality training and team-building opportunities for new volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">During each recruitment period, we are primarily looking for volunteer mentors to support disadvantaged children in our after-school programs in Szeged and Bal\u00e1stya. All selected applicants receive training and ongoing mentoring from our experienced staff throughout their volunteer work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">From time to time, we also recruit volunteers for roles beyond educational work\u2014for example, in program organization, communications, or initiatives related to climate action and sustainability.
