Supporting disadvantaged children and youth is at the core of Motivation Collective\u2019s educational work. Through our after-school programs in Szeged and Bal\u00e1stya, we provide personalized mentoring, structured academic support, and skill development in a safe, supportive environment beyond regular school hours. Students learn in small groups led by dedicated mentor teachers and trained volunteers, with individual tutoring available when needed to build trusting relationships and foster engagement, resilience, and long-term success. Our goal is to strengthen students\u2019 personal and social skills, support their academic achievement, and help them reach their full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We develop and apply innovative teaching methods that respond to today\u2019s educational challenges. Our approaches strengthen reading comprehension and math skills alongside critical thinking, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also provide professional support for teachers, pre-service teachers, and helping professionals, equipping them with tools to address educational disadvantage and promote inclusive education. Through our research, we develop solutions to reduce social inequalities and advance equity at all levels of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climate education and environmental sustainability are integral to our pedagogical work. We believe that education can help shape a more responsible and cooperative future. Through our programs, we empower both children and the professionals who work with them to become active, engaged members of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
