Participants also learn the rules of the board game, Pathways to Opportunity, which presents the school life paths of disadvantaged students. The theoretical component addresses the development and importance of reading, selected aspects of motivation, and their interconnections. Building on this foundation, participants explore and practice exercises and games that support reading development. Through collaborative work and shared reflection, the training provides the knowledge needed to conduct individual or small-group reading sessions and strengthen reading motivation.
