A kommunikációs önkéntesek elsősorban a tanodai események és kampányok kommunikációjában vesznek részt. Feladatuk, hogy megörökítsék és láthatóvá tegyék azokat a pillanatokat, amikor fiatalok tanulnak, játszanak, fejlődnek.

What you will do
– Take photos at after-school sessions at least once a week (alternating between Szeged and Balástya), as well as at major events and during campaign periods, helping us showcase our work to our followers and subscribers.
– Contribute to online communication: assist with writing captions and short posts, selecting photos, and occasionally editing them.
– If you are interested, you can also take part in brainstorming campaign ideas, planning posts, and gaining insight into behind-the-scenes communications work.
Apply if you…
– would like to help present the work of an organization focused on equal opportunities, youth support, and community building;
– enjoy photography and would like to improve your skills (for example, photographing active young people);
– are interested in social media;
– can commit to at least one afternoon per week (Tuesday to Friday, 4:00–6:00 PM) and, if possible, attend major program events.
What you can expect
– A coordinator who ensures you receive tasks that suit your interests and skills.
– Real responsibility: the content you help prepare will show what our sessions are like.
– Opportunities to try different communications tasks, including photography, creative brainstorming, and campaign planning.
– A dedicated and supportive team working to improve young people’s chances for the future.
We ask for a commitment of at least six months so that we can provide meaningful tasks and development opportunities. To ensure everyone receives valuable responsibilities and the workload remains balanced, we are currently recruiting a maximum of two volunteers for this role.

Before the interview, we will provide detailed information about the tasks ahead and the possible forms of mentoring work in a short presentation. During the interview, we will ask about your motivation and experience and discuss how we can work together.
