Motivation Collective coordinates the TanodaPlatform network, which brings together after-school programs and similar initiatives across Hungary that support the development of disadvantaged children—those growing up in difficult socioeconomic conditions. The organizations in the network are diverse: they work with different age groups, use a wide range of methods, and operate in varied institutional and infrastructural contexts. What connects them is a shared commitment to the children they serve and an openness to professional learning and development. The goal of TanodaPlatform is to support collaboration and professional growth across the network through the sharing of innovative practices, the organization of knowledge exchanges, as well as research and publications. We also engage in advocacy work, and have successfully contributed to shaping policies, funding calls, and financing decisions affecting after-school programs. We regularly publish reports on the current situation of after-school programs and the challenges they face.
