You can join the Motivation Collective team as a volunteer twice a year, in September and February. This schedule allows us to provide high-quality training and team-building opportunities for new volunteers.
During each recruitment period, we are primarily looking for volunteer mentors to support disadvantaged children in our after-school programs in Szeged and Balástya. All selected applicants receive training and ongoing mentoring from our experienced staff throughout their volunteer work.
From time to time, we also recruit volunteers for roles beyond educational work—for example, in program organization, communications, or initiatives related to climate action and sustainability. These opportunities depend on our current projects and organizational capacity.
You can find up-to-date information about recruitment periods, application requirements, and available roles on this page, as well as on our social media platforms and in our newsletter.
During the recruitment period, we organize an open day at our Szeged program to help prospective volunteers make an informed decision about joining.
Applicants are asked to submit a CV, , followed by a personal interview where we provide detailed information about the role. During the conversation, we discuss applicants’ motivations and experiences, and explore together how they can best contribute to our work.
We are not currently recruiting. If you are interested in volunteering with Motivation Collective, you are welcome to contact Uszáma Mutier, Program Lead of our after-school programs, at mutier.uszama@motivaciomuhely.hu . This initial contact does not involve any commitment; you will receive a reminder email when the next recruitment period begins.
